Pi

Pi (or π ) is a mathematical constant.

It is approximately equal to 3.14159.

It is the ratio of the circumference of a circle ( π d ) to the diameter of a circle (d).

Example:

For any circle, you divide the circle's circumference (the distance around the circle) by the diameter (the distance across the circle through the center) and you will always get exactly the same number (pi).
