Fundamental Theorem of Arithmetic

In number theory, the fundamental theorem of arithmetic states that every natural number greater than 1 can be written as a unique product of prime numbers.

It is also called unique-prime-factorization theorem.

 

Example :

There are no other possible factorizations of 400 into prime numbers.
